The Challenge
After undergoing various acquisitions and experiencing substantial expansion in terms of branches, personnel, and vehicle fleet, TDG was rebranding and required a reliable and trusted supplier. Their aim was to secure a comprehensive solution for all their workwear, uniform, PPE, and safety supply needs.
Speedy delivery was crucial, and given their evolving business requirements, the ability to swiftly procure new products was also essential. Having relied on several suppliers in the past, including SAYKA, TDG came to realise the drawbacks. These included insufficient control over what items were being ordered and the inefficiencies stemming from administrative and procurement teams investing excessive time.
The Solution
Following several meetings with the key stakeholders of TDG, we understood their current situation, their challenges, what the company's vision was, and what they required from their uniform, PPE and safety supplier.
To meet TDG’s requirements, we worked with them to create a consolidated range of products that covered all the necessary safety requirements and preferences. These products were added to our stock range to be available for fast dispatch along with our in-house embroidery and printing. Providing custom order forms and an online management portal tailored to their processors and product range allowed them to increase the control and efficiency of their entire procurement process.
