OUR MISSION

Our mission is to positively shape a more sustainable future for Australia, together with our partners, customers, and the community. By responsibly reshaping our culture and operations, we are committed to working right across our value chain to improve transparency, eliminate modern slavery, reduce emissions, grow circularity, and help create safe, thriving communities.

We aspire to be Australia’s first choice for high-quality workwear, personal protective equipment (PPE), and site/civil safety equipment. Our reputation is built on exceptional service, deep in-house expertise, and a steadfast commitment to safety standards. We understand that in high-stakes environments, the gear and solutions we provide can make all the difference in ensuring safety and efficiency. Therefore, we continually innovate and adapt our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our customers while upholding the highest industry standards.

COMMUNITY

To achieve these ambitious goals, we are excited to introduce SAYKA SUSTAIN - our three-year Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) plan. This initiative will guide our efforts in promoting sustainable practices across our 4 key pillars: PEOPLE, ENVIRONMENT, PRODUCT, and COMMUNITY.

As part of this plan, we are developing a robust communications strategy to effectively share our ESG commitments with all stakeholders.

By sharing our progress, we aim to foster a culture of transparency and collaboration, inspiring collective action. Additionally, we are committed to reviewing our sustainability strategy with our core team every six months. This will allow us to assess our impact, identify areas for improvement, and stay aligned with our vision of creating a sustainable future.

OUR IMPACT TODAY

Our commitment to sustainability starts with our people and extends to communities, customers, partners and the planet.

In FY24, we have adopted an ethos of continuous improvement. We know change takes time and we know that it takes a collective effort to achieve our shared goal of creating a sustainable future. We are proud to share the progress we are making as a team in actively supporting communities in need, growing indigenous engagement, supporting mental health advocacy, and taking action to protect the environment.

As we grow, we seek out innovative sourcing, supply and circular solutions that enable us to help create a sustainable future, together.
