Returns Information
We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase from us, and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.
SAYKA only accepts returns where the product supplied is damaged, defective or faulty. We do not provide returns, refunds or credits for change of mind, unless approved at SAYKA’s discretion. Should SAYKA agree to accept a return for change of mind, a 20% restocking fee will apply and the customer will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return freight.
A Return Authorisation (RA) must be requested and approved prior to any goods being returned. To be eligible for a refund or credit, the product/s must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and must be accompanied by the approved RA.
To return your purchase, please follow the steps below:
1. Email support@sayka.com.au with your order number, the item/s you would like to return, and the reason for the return, and we will assess the request and provide a Return Authorisation if approved.
2. Re-package the item/s so that they are returned in the same condition as you received it and include a printed copy of the approved Return Authorisation. If the RA is not included with the goods, we are unable to process the return.
3. If the product is damaged, defective or faulty, SAYKA will organise the return shipping. Where a return is accepted for change of mind, the customer must organise and pay for the return freight using the carrier of their choice.
4. Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email.
5. Your refund/credit will be issued within 7 days from receipt of the returned goods through the same payment method used to make the original purchase, excluding the initial shipping cost.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your goods, we recommend placing a new order for the exchange product at the same time as returning your original items for refund to avoid delays or exchange items selling out. We also offer store credit which can be applied to your account. Please let us know this when you request a return.
Clearance Items
Please note any items marked as ‘CLEARANCE ITEM’ on our website are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
